Tenant Fee Structure
We charge no agency fees to tenants
We are members of the UKALA with total loss Client Money Protection
We are menbers of the Property Redress Scheme, PRS, through the UKALA
Aditional Fee details:
For student properties the deposits is £200 per tenant
For residential properties, the deposit is one month's rent
Replacement key cutting is charged at £10 per key for standard keys and £35 for specialist security keys
Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England’s rate if a rent payment is more than 14 days overdue for each day the payment is outstanding.
